Very nice ornaments to give as a gift to a grandparent. Ornaments are very solid. A bit heavy so they will need a good solid branch to hang on. May be better as a table top type of decoration. Bought two at a nice price. Must mention that I did have to add some glue to hold in the picture/music mechanism as these were loose when I received them. Other wise, everything else was fine. I ordered this as a present for my wife, so she could showcase her 2 grandkids. It arrived slowly (took 2 weeks for "std" shipping). It was broken out of the box (left side fell of metal picture holder despite a huge amount of epoxy inside. I should be able to reglue it properly. Outside is plastic shell, looks good enough, but not worth 19.99. Though it is heavy enough to be of good use by you as an antipersonnel weapon off the tree against intruders, or between errant children... Was this review helpful?

Both of these items arrived attractively boxed and I would have really liked them had they arrived in working condition. Both appeared to have the picture and musical mechansism come unglued from the ornament iteself. I have tried to reglue them with superglue to no avail. Don't waste your time. I bought 2 because of the value and it's a good thing. As soon as I opened one of them it slipped out of my hands and hit the counter (less than a foot below) and broke into pieces. It is made of ceramic and fairly heavy. It sort of shocked me that it shattered with such a small drop so hang it with care. Was this review helpful?

Upon receiving this product, the musical ornament was defective. Just by opening up the ornament, you will see that the frames come out of its shell (supposedly the glue did not stick well enough inside). I will not recommend this product at all. Was this review helpful?

I contacted this vendor via email and via phone. Have not received a reply to either message. The items were packed sufficiently therefore I don't believe the damage occurred in shipment. I was hoping to have these for very special gifts and now I am back to shopping for these Christmas presents at the last minute.

We received the Christmas ornaments today. We were told we would have them before thanksgiving. When we opened them, they were both broken. We have had your company send one to our daughter in CA. I am sure it is the same. Glue holding music box and picture frames had come lose on both sides. I am very disappointed in the product. Was this review helpful?

came damaged and falling apart after it took forever to arrive. very heavy item which almost seems impossible to hang as an ornament. music winder is impossible to get at, with man fingers anyways. not worth all the trouble to send back, plus probably dont have it anymore anyways like which happens to most buy.com products. i will just glue and hope it hold up without smashing someone off of their head when i put it on the tree. its a darn shame i already ordered the blue one without seeing this thing first. that one hasnt even arrived still.
